Latest From FMIT:
FMIT has personnel positioned to support your property claim losses, no matter how large or small. For immediate communication with a representative of our CAT Response hotline, contact, 844-FMIT-CAT (844-364-8228) and press Option 1. Damages from Cindy will likely be caused by flood and/or isolated wind events. FMIT has experts that will work with your team to review the damages and work with NFIP, FEMA, other Insurance entities, where applicable, to ensure you receive the full benefits of your premium(s) & recover quickly from the storm.
When safe to do so, Member damage assessment teams should perform Damage Assessments of their insured Property in affected areas. Members should use Trackdown, FMIT’s Damage Assessment application, to record damages. Trackdown will send copies of the assessments electronically to Member personnel as well as to FMIT’s simpliCity system for Loss Notification and Claim tracking. Trackdown is available for Android (Samsung, Motorola, Google, Nokia) and for iOS (Apple) phones by searching, “Trackdown – Government Edition” in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, respectively. We will be sending out username and password information for TrackDown in a subsequent email.
