SynergyNDS responds to the Frisco Athletic Center after an above ceiling HVAC water line failed and flooded approximately 25,000 square feet of the first floor of the building. Crews provided immediate stabilization services including emergency drying, demo, containment & packout to prevent further damage. SynergyNDS is currently developing scopes of work to begin completing repairs to the building.
