Invest 93L strenghtens into Potential Tropical Cyclone Three with models projecting the system to move North-Northwest towards the Central Gulf Coast.

Satellite imagery shows that the center of PTC 3 is
gradually become better defined, and will likely become a tropical or subtropical cyclone later today. -
Due to the system’s East-loaded nature, Florida will still feel the effects in the form of heavy rains to the Panhandle and surrounding areas up to 5″-7″ creating a potential flood threat later this week.
