The SynergyNDS Recovery Team responded to the Port Neches Library & Fire Department after a nearby TPC Chemical Plant caused damages due to shock wave from multiple explosions. Repairs to the damaged building included but are not limited to flooring replacement, storefront glass repairs, ceiling grid repairs, drywall repairs and painting.
